Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, the period begins with the receipt of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Ferdinand Maier, acting under
EMIVABELLE, Kirchstraße 9, 85777 Fahrenzhausen, Germany, E-mail: support@emivabelle.com, Phone: +49 1520 2921872, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you,
including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
The repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your withdrawal notification was received by us. For the repayment, we generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the repayment.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal to the following address:
Ferdinand Maier / EMIVABELLE
Kirchstraße 9
85777 Fahrenzhausen
Germany
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for which a statutory exception applies. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires after removal of the seal, provided that the legal requirements are met.
